Actionable Data Consulting is owned and run by Melissa (Kemberling) Toffolon, PhD, MPH. Her experience includes international work in evaluation, teaching at the university level, and work in the Alaska Tribal health system, along with the philanthropic sector. Dr. Toffolon has a doctorate in sociology from Tulane University in New Orleans and a master’s degree in public health from Columbia University in New York City.
